- You must be registered for the meeting (at least single day) in order to take a workshop.
- Registration without full payment will not be processed.
- Registration with full payment must be received at HeSCA headquarters by May 24, 2001 to qualify for Advance Registration and Workshop Fees.
- Fax Registrations are accepted for credit card payments and purchase orders only.
- Registrations canceled by May 24, 2001 are eligible for a refund, minus a $50.00 administration fee.
- Registrations canceled after May 24, 2001 are nonrefundable. All cancellations must be received in writing at HeSCA headquarters by the dates indicated above (fax acceptable).
- A nonmember may register at the "Member" fee, if they apply for HeSCA membership and make payment for dues at the time of registration.
- Participants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations, (see Hotel Information).
