Special Events and Field Trips
An
Evening at the Biltmore Estate
A trip to Asheville, NC is certainly not complete without a visit (or two) to the Biltmore House and Estate. We have arranged an evening tour of the largest private residence in North America, followed by a light dinner in the Deer Park Picnic facility.
Enjoy the cool mountain air, relax in the beauty of Biltmore, travel back with your colleagues and guests to a time when dinner was an artform, and relaxation was a way of life.
Don’t miss this wonderful change to view one of the loveliest estates in the world while networking with your colleagues. AND your ticket to Biltmore Estate is valid throughout the day following this event. We have made time in the schedule for you to come back and explore the house, gardens, and winery alone or with your colleagues, friends and family.

Learning Resource Center
HeSCA's Learning Resource Center features hundreds of audiovisual materials and software items submitted
by some of the most talented producers in the health care field. The best of these materials are honored with
awards in the HeSCA Media Festival on Saturday evening. The LRC is open throughout the conference.
Ice Cream Social
The information has been great! The presenters are right on their mark!
But boy, I sure could use something cool and refreshing! Don't miss the famous,
Ice Cream Social. This "special" break in the meeting day provides a particularly "cool" taste treat. Ice cream bars or ice cream with "toppings"
will be available during this tasty, refreshing break! Work hard ... and reap the rewards!
Roundtable Discussion Luncheon
Take this opportunity to network with colleagues over lunch. In an informal setting, you will have the opportunity to exchange ideas, experiences, and insights on topics affecting your professional life.
Opening Reception
Meet and greet old friends on Wednesday night and get the networking off to the right start!
