New
Opportunity for HeSCA members:
I would like to formally announce this exciting new award, in which HeSCA and the Institute of Medical Illustrators (UK) have worked in partnership to put together. This is the first year of this award, and offers one member of HeSCA the opportunity to attend this year’s IMI conference in the UK. The Award covers the conference registration fee, which includes accommodation, and travel expenses up to value of $1000. In other words, a free trip to the UK to see how we do things on this side of the pond!
This is a fabulous opportunity, and I would encourage each and everyone of you to check out the conference program and venue.
You may download the Award information sheet, plus application form.
Remember, the closing date for this is July 20, 2008. If anyone would like further information, please do not hesitate to contact the Central Office (hesca@hesca.org), or feel free to email me directly (kmcfall@nhs.net).
I look forward to greeting one of you in the UK this September!
Best wishes to all,
Kathy McFall
President, HeSCA.
